Sebagai seorang ibu pastinya stress banget kalau anaknya susah makan. Saya juga mengalami hal yang sama. Walau sudah menjajal berbagai merk Vitamin untuk anak2 tetap saja anak saya suka susah makan. Apalagi dulu pas hamil selama 5 bulan pertama saya benci banget dengan nasi, eh ternyata setelah lahir Farizi ternyata memang rada2nggak suka nasi. Tapi walaupun begitu saya nggak mau kalah set. Saya mencoba memeras otak untuk mencari cara gimana supaya anak saya Farizi jadi mau makan dan bisa tumbuh sehat seperti seharusnya.
Saya mencoba berbagai variasi menu supaya Farizi nggak bosan dan mencoba menyajikannya dengan cantik seperti yang biasa kami santap di restoran karena berdasarkan pengalaman rupanya Farizi selalu nafsu makan kalau makannya di restoran. Wah kalau tiap hari makan di restoran apa nggak bikin bangkrut orang tuanya ???
Berhubung weekend ini saya dapat jatah libur lumayan panjang dan ternyata juga orderan kue yang udah di booking sebelumnya ternyata dibatalkan, akhirnya saya ambil moment ini untuk bikin menu special buat Farizi. Yang bikin hati saya senang adalah ternyata setelah mengganti susunya jadi susu yang juga mengandung curcuma ternyata nafsu makannya meningkat drastis. Dia malah request supaya saya mau masak makanan favoritnya yaitu capcay goreng plus ayam goreng tepung yang disajikan plus saus dan mayonese. Karena sebelumnya saya sudah membuat capcay goreng maka saya kemudian membuat sayur sop serta tumisan sayuran (wortel dan buncis) plus kentang goreng sebagai pelengkap. Alhamdulillah Farizi lahap banget makannya dan dia bilang dia ingin cepat gede maka dia harus makan banyak. He he he that’s my good boy.
Jadi kalau ada para ibu yang anak2nya susah makan jangan keburu putus asa dulu. Yang pertama, coba aja ganti susunya dengan susu yang juga mengandung curcuma (he he he bukan iklan ya, just sharing aja karena setelah saya mengganti susu yang biasa Farizi minum dengan susu yang mengandung curcuma nafsu makannya jadi meningkat drastis), coba cari jenis menu yang paling menggugah selera anak tapi sebisa mungkin tetap memperhatikan unsur2 gizi yang terkandung di dalamnya, coba menyajikan makanan untuk anak dengan sajian yang menarik sehingga anak serasa makan di restoran dan yang nggak kalah penting cobalah meluangkan waktu untuk memasak khusus untuk si buah hati karena masakan yang disajikan dengan penuh cinta adalah makanan yang terlezat sedunia. Wanna try ???
(As a mother we must be so worried when we found how difficult to make our children love their meals. I got the same problem, too. I have tried several vitamins for children to solve this problem but so far they didn’t work enough. I got a little bit stress since I want to have a healthy son who can grow up normally just like other children. I didn’t know why Farizi, my son, has a difficulty in eating his meal. Maybe there is a relationship with my habit when he was in my womb. During my 5months pregnancy I hate to eat rice so much. I wasn’t sure about it but I promised to not gave up in this problem. I tried hard to find a way to make him could eat easily and grow up normally as he should be.
I tried so many kind of foods and tried to serve it with best serving in order to make him like his meals. I found that Farizi liked the food at the restaurant but I knew we couldn’t eat at the restaurant everyday since it will make us got bankrupt.
Since this weekend I got long holiday then I decided to make special food for my son. I also change his milk with other one that completed with curcuma. I thought that was a good idea since it made him love to eat his meal. For this time he asked me to cook his favorite meals, fried Capcay (such a kind of Chinese food that consists of several healthy vegetables), Fried chicken that served with special homemade sauce and mayonese). Since the day before I have made Cap cay then I made him soup which completed with carrot and bean and also french fried. I was so glad since Farizi love them much. That’s my good boy !!!
I just wanna share my experience to solve the problem in children meals. Try my tips as below :
1. Change their milk with milk that completed with curcuma that good for his health
2. Try to find your children’s favorite meals
3. Serve the meals for your children with good style
4. Try to spend your time to cook by yourself a special foods for your children. The foods that enrich with love are the most delicious foods in the world
So, give our children the best love in every meals that we serve)
