Waktu 17-an dulu kebetulan saya sempat bikin 2 macam cupcakes. Yang satu pakai butter cake coklat dengan topping buttercream dan edible image dan satunya lagi brownies kukus yang dipadu dengan topping ganache coklat dan strawberry segar. Waktu itu pakai ganache coklat dan strawberry karena kebetulan 2 bahan itu ada dikulkas. Daripada mubazir mending dimanfaatkan. Eh rupanya bu RT (Bu Pompi) yang sempat nyicipin cup cakenya suka dengan cup cake tsb dan mengorder by FB buat dibawa ke sang mertua tersayang.
So, inilah orderan dari sang Ibu RT....Moga pada suka ya Bu dan thanks atas orderannya.
(I made 2 kinds of cup cakes in our last independence day. First I made chocolate butter cake with buttercream and edible images' topping and the second was steamed brownies which topping were chocolate ganache and fresh strawberry.
One of my neighbour, Mrs Pompi (the wife of our head of area called RT) liked the second type of cupcake and ordered me some for her mother in law. She sent me her order by facebook.
I was so happy doing her order and I hope she and her family like those cup cakes. Thanks for your order Mrs Pompi, hope you like them).
